World Wide Web Document Caching and Mirroring

One of the main problems we have in the Banks School District is our relatively slow connection to the Internet. Some documents that should take seconds take several minutes. We can help to cut down these transfer times by mirroring certain popular sites in order to cut down on the amount of requests that have to leave our local network. Some requests for information will still have to be sent out, but then those are kept locally so that next time the information is requested, the response is immediate.
