Windows Explorer is located at Start -> Programs -> Accesories. Explorer allows you to navigate through all the drives that are available to you. You can move, copy, delete, and rename files, as well as create or delete folders.

Browse

This is a term used for looking through directories, usually to find a file. In most Windows programs, you are presented with Browse as an option when designating a filename. Use Browse if the file you want to save or open is not in the current directory.
