Installing McAfee Anti-Virus on Mac OS X Print

  1. Download PSU-Mac-McAfee.dmg (you will be asked for your MCECS login and password)

  2. Double click the downloaded file 
    Image

  3. When the disk image is finished loading double click the PSU-McAfee VirusScan Installer file.

  4. Read the security warning and click Continue
    Image

  5. Click the continue button
    Image

  6. Click the continue button
    Image

  7. Click the icon for the hard drive you wish to install the software on
    Image

  8. Click the continue button
    Image

  9. Click the install button
    Image

  10. Type in your password
    Image

  11. Wait for the install to complete

  12. The installer will tell you that it succeeded

  13. Eject the disk image
    Image

  14. The VirusScan application will now be in the Applications Folder
