Requests for lab reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Schedule conflicts will be resolved by Departmental Chairpersons. In most cases, a CAT employee will be on site during the reserved times.
The Maseeh College student labs may be reserved as classrooms, laboratories, or for incidental class meetings. Labs reserved for this purpose may be designated as "Open" or "Closed".
Open -- there are usually 10 or fewer students in the class; non-class-members are allowed into the lab during the reserved time period; members of the class are given priority on the computers
Closed -- there are usually more than 10 students in the class; non-class-members are not admitted during the reserved time period
Labs may also be reserved for workshops or seminars. A lab-usage fee is charged, based on the profit/non-profit status of the organization presenting the workshop.
Please use the "Lab Reservation Request Form".
